Theo Clark was born at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia almost 2 years ago to Alex and Sam Clark.  Alex is a detective for the Upper Merion Police Department, and Sam is a probation officer for Montgomery County. Since Theo was born, he has spent half of his life inpatient at CHOP battling multiple health issues, including congenital heart disease. Sam and Alex have spent countless hours traveling to and from CHOP to be there for Theo. On March 1st, Theo was admitted again and is still currently in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit where he is on a journey towards a heart transplant.
